Sequence Dice Specifications

Combining equal parts strategy and chance, Sequence Dice puts grownups and kids on an even playing field. Set up the small game board and choose a color, then start rolling the dice. You get to place a colored chip on any open square matching your roll, though some rolls let you make special moves--or even remove an opponent's piece! The goal is to place five of your pieces in a row, which is fairly challenging on the 6-by-6-inch board. Darts is probably one of the most addictive games ever to be played in a tavern or a basement rec room. Until recently, though, darts have been hazardous for young children, whose aim can't always be trusted when hurling a sharp-tipped flying object. This set, which includes a board and six rubber-tipped darts, is specifically designed for children ages 6 to 12 years old. Because of their tips (which look and feel like sharpened pink erasers), the darts are completely safe to toss. They simply bounce off walls, children, and household pets in the line of fire. The colorful dartboard is made up of a dense forest of prongs. Toss a dart and it wedges between the prongs. Younger children will have to throw at closer distances, since soft tosses won't stick.
